Lingot d’or or Gold ingot ot Gold bar

A thin puff pastry, filled with a delicate fruit salad on a diplomat cream base, paired with a duchesse biscuit soaked in raspberry coulis and topped with a caramelised Italian meringue. Created by Paul Wittamer, this iconic dessert was born out of a friendship with the owners of the restaurant Comme Chez Soi. A Wittamer signature creation that epitomises elegant, light, timeless pastry.
